Exterior: Front, rear and sides have delamination and are water damaged. Rear storage compartment door latch is broken, rear storage flooring is water damaged, roof shows signs of leaking, awning is torn, and Front right side emergency exit window latch is broken (window is taped shut).

Interior: Left side front bedroom wall is water damaged and TV is missing.

Mechanical: Battery will need to be charged/replaced and tires (205/75/14) are worn.
