2006 Pilgrim International 310RBDS equipped with a 11,020 GVWR, 2-5/16" coupler, aluminum exterior, good tires with 50% tread, two slide-outs, audio system, bedroom, bunkroom, bathroom, and kitchenette.

Exterior: Please view all pictures for cosmetic blemishes in the unit. Lower rear is water damaged, outer edges of the rubber roof are torn/coming apart, awning is missing, roof leaks, and entry door handle is broken off.

Interior: Bathroom walls near the shower are water damaged, carpet is stained, kitchen sink faucet is broken off, and there is a small tear in the linoleum near the dinette. There are also some paint stains on the bedroom walls.

Mechanical: Battery, propane tanks, and keys are missing. Left side rims are mismatched. Unit cannot be fully winterized due to the broken kitchen faucet.
