Exterior: Skirting is dented on the right side, front compartment door is broken, roof ladder is damaged, graphics are cracked, and there is tape residue on the skirting.

Interior: Carpet is stained, cabinet glass is missing, front left corner wall panel is cracker inside the closet, and there are some areas of water damage in the left rear corner and rear kitchen slide-out corner.

Mechanical: Keys are missing and coach battery will need to replaced.
