Exterior: Right rear lower corner is damaged, exterior kitchenette is missing, graphics are peeling, skirting is damaged, and rear end siding is delaminating. A piece of the skirting has been cut out in front of the right slide-out. Roof shows signs of leaking in the rear.

Interior: Bedroom mattress is missing, kitchen table bench cushion is torn, kitchen table legs are missing, and there is a cigarette burn hole in the bathroom sink. The rear wall and floor are water damaged. Unit has a nicotine odor.

Mechanical: Keys are missing and battery will need to be charged/replaced.
