Exterior: Side box seals are dry rotted, locks do not work, right side rear panels are coming apart, window seals are peeling, and there are holes in the roof and front left corner.

Interior: Floor is water damaged by the entry door, cabinet doors are off track, furniture is water stained, and ceiling is sagging (water damaged).

Mechanical: Tires (ST205/75R14C) are worn.
