2012 Forest River Wildwood T27FQRB equipped with a 10,890 GVWR, 2-5/16" coupler, aluminum exterior, one slide-out, audio system, bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchenette.

Exterior: There are paint chips in the siding, stairs have been removed, shore line connection has been modified, and left side window seals are starting to melt. The front right side of the roof appears to be lifting.

Interior: Some vents are broken, carbon monoxide detector wires are cut, aftermarket speakers have been added to the living room ceiling, wires are hanging from the TV mount, and there are holes in the bedroom door. Kitchen seats, kitchen table blinds, and outlet near the sink are all damaged.

Mechanical: Battery will need to be charged/replaced and tires (225/75R15) are weather cracked.
