Exterior: Front entry screen door is missing (door does not seal fully when shut), siding is dented/scuffed from use, and there is a hole in the siding (see pictures). Exterior kitchenette appliances are also missing.

Interior: Linoleum flooring is torn, thermostat is missing, storage closet panel is damaged, oven door is dented, and there is a cigarette odor in the unit and a cigarette burn in the seat cushion. There are also tape marks on the bedroom panels.

Mechanical: Keys and battery are missing.
