Exterior: Rear siding is delaminating slightly. Siding is scratched from use otherwise.

Interior: Small couch has a wear spot, rear bed corner is broken due to dragging during slide-out use, front closet floor is curling, and one kitchen table leg and chair are broken.

Mechanical: One propane tanks and keys are missing. Coach battery will need to be charged/replaced.
