This RV is equipped with a living room slide-out, hitch receiver, Onan MicroQuiet 4000 generator (73 hrs), HWH Hydraulic leveling system, CD/AM/FM stereo, Samsung overhead TV, living room chair and sofa. In the kitchen are a 3-burner stove/oven, microwave, 40/60 sink and refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom has a glass enclosure style shower and toilet room with toilet and vanity sink. The rear bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, TV mount and overhead wardrobe. The engine starts and runs. This is located at our Rancho Cucamonga, CA facility.

The slide-out will need some troubleshooting to slide-out. The exterior has begun to fade. On the driver's side an awning is slightly torn. The windshield is cracked. A rear marker light is missing. The kitchen floor linoleum simply needs to glued into position at the entry way. The carpet needs some light cleaning.
