Bank Repo RV. This is a 2004 Alfa See Ya SY40YD built on a Freightliner chassis powered by an 330hp Cat Diesel and Allison 6spd automatic transmission. This RV is equipped with an Generac 7500 generator, reverse camera, exterior 12v cooler, exterior TV, and hydraulic leveling system. The living room has dual slide outs with a sleeper sofa, leather lounge sofa, booth style hardwood dinette, leather captain chairs, overhead flat screen TV, 10 disc CD changer, satellite dome and VCR/DVD player. The kitchen features a Corian solid surface counter tops, dual basin sink, overhead TV microwave/ convection oven, cook top range, cook vent and raised panel 4 door refrigerator freezer. The bathroom amenities include a vanity sink, toilet and glass shower enclosure. The master suite slides out with a queen bed, washer/dryer, overhead TV, sliding etched mirror closet doors, washer dryer and hardwood cabinetry. The RV has 90,330 miles on it and it is located at our Jarrell, TX facility.

The rear hydraulic jacks have a broken line keeping them from retracting. The driver side slide-out will not retract. Hole in exhaust pipe. Rear storage door is damaged and held closed with duct tape. Some minor scratches to the exterior. Unit has some signs of corrosion in the storage compartments. Power awning is damaged. There is evidence of a prior water leak in the rear bedroom (some staining to the ceiling and cabinets) and in the living area (water stains to ceiling above sofa).
