Exterior: Fading and some staining, etc. Overall, not too bad.

Interior: Bedroom sliding door is loose on the lower track, some of the valances are loose, half finished painting in kitchen and bathroom, missing side chairs, and the floor has heavy wear.

Mechanical: NO KEYS and battery is missing. Tongue jack is inoperable (wiring for battery is wrapped around the frame rail). Slide switch wiring is backwards (in goes out and out goes in).
