2005 Alfa See-Ya! 40FD powered by a 7.2L CAT diesel engine. The coach is built on a Freightliner XC chassis. It features a Generac diesel generator and a washer dryer combo. Runs and drives with 65,928 miles.

Fiberglass issues shown in the photos. Graphics are cracking, right side mirror is broken, entry door awning is bent, right rear rim is bent, engine cover won't stay closed, roof ladder is bent, and some of the compartment doors have damaged hinges/latches. Main slideout not working (we can hear the motor), upholstery is worn, bathroom sliding door is off its hinge, control panel door is broken, bedroom slideout carpet is torn up, toilet is off its flange, Miscellaneous missing/broken drawers, and shower door glass is missing as well.

Generator cranks but does no start. Hour meter shows 4.5 but is likely not accurate. We could not read the generator model. Coach batteries will need replacement.
