Exterior: The awning is torn, the plastic vent cover is broken, dented/cracked around the door handle, and the decals are peeling off. Light scratches/scuffs/dings in the body.
Interior: There is light water damage to the cabinet around the fridge, trim around the countertop is coming off, blinds on the kitchen window are broken, and there are scratches/scuffs/wear/cracks to the fridge/woodwork/cabinetry and light wear and scuffs in the floor. See pictures.
Mechanical: The battery needs to be replaced.
