Exterior: Passenger side roof edge is soft front to back, delamination down the left side, master bedroom slide out is soft on the underside, and the wheels are rusted. Otherwise, light scratches and fading.

Interior: Top of back wall has water damage, floor in kitchen is taped down, and the floor in the bathroom is delaminating. Otherwise, light wear/stains.

Battery is dead and tires are worn.
