Exterior: There is a dent above the right fender, a small dent in the front door, light scratch on the lower left trim near the front, and there is a small dent in the rear lower trim.
Interior: The dining area has scratches in the woodwork, stains in the kitchen sink, burn marks in the cabinet beside the stove, and the vent below the refrigerator is cracked. There is a piece of the side table in the master bedroom that has fallen off.
Mechanical: The battery needs to be replaced and there are no keys for the unit.
