Exterior: The awning is weathered, there is corrosion forming on the rear bumper and leveling jacks. The carpet lining is ripped on the exterior steps and there are light scratches/scuffs/dings in the body.
Interior: The interior in the freezer is peeling, there is tape covering the AC unit and two vents. The screen door is ripped, stains/wear in the carpets/furniture and there are scratches/wear in the woodwork. See photos.
Mechanical: The propane tank is missing, the motor for the slideout is loud, and the battery needs to be charged/replaced.
