Exterior: The front storage compartment latch is broken and there are black marks around it. The bottom trim is cracked and dented on the front right side, the left fender is separating from the body, lower trim is ripped out, and there are light scratches/scuffs/dings in the body.
Interior: The bathtub is altered for easy walk-in, there are screw holes in the wall as you enter the door, and the woodwork has light wear.
Mechanical: The coach battery needs to be replaced.
