2006 Cedar Creek 36RLTS equipped with 3 slideouts, a roof access ladder, a private toilet room, and a Genesis media center. This unit is located in Michigan City, IN.

Rear of unit is under repair from water damage. It looks like the water got in through the slideouts and roof edges (see photos). Graphics are cracked and the awning is damaged as well. The roof has been repainted/sealed at one time.

Water damage in the front wall inside the closet and mold/mildew is present inside the unit. Battery and propane tanks are missing.
