Exterior: Decals are peeling off/bubbling, there is a small crack in the trim around the steps, and light scratches/scuffs/dings in the body.
Interior: The ring around the sink drain is cracked, the bottom corners of the dining room seating are worn/peeling, the tabletop is bubbling, the overlay on the cabinet doors above the dining room table is peeling off, and wallpaper below the bedroom window is peeling. The compartment covers below the bed are missing, springs to lift the bed are unattached, and there are light scratches/scuffs/dings in the unit. See photos.
