Features include a living room slide-out, Onan QuietDiesel 7500 generator (486 hrs), leather cab seating, AM/FM/CD stereo, overhead Emerson TV/VCR combo, backup monitor and leveling system. In the living room and kitchen are a cloth sofa, leather “J” sofa, coffee maker, dining table with seating for two, 3-burner stove/oven, microwave, 40/60 sink with drinking water tap and large refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom has a private toilet room, vanity sink, and glass enclosed shower. In the master bedroom are a large queen size bed, overhead TV and mirrored wardrobe. The interior and exterior have been very well maintained and the engine starts/runs well! This is located at our Arizona City, AZ facility.

The carpet has minor staining that can be easily shampooed.
