Features include a roof A/C, roof ladder, tandem axle, 4 stabilizer jacks, fueling station, entry side awning, and an Onan Microquiet 4000 generator (178 hrs). The rear door folds down as a ramp for access to the bay. The living room includes a booth dinette, folding sofa, AM/FM/CD stereo, TV connections, and power sliding bunk; all living room furniture folds up to create space for motorized recreational vehicle(s). In the kitchen are a stainless triple burner range/oven, microwave, dual basin sink, and refrigerator/freezer. Just off the hallway is the restroom with toilet and shower/bathtub with vanity sink in the hall. Up front is a master bedroom with full size bed and overhead wardrobe. A tire is weather damaged and may need replacement soon. A compartment door on each side is scraped. The awning has a noticeable repair that has been done. There are some dings and scratches towards the rear (photo). The interior is in great condition throughout.
