Bank Repo RV. This is a 2001 Dutchmen 31N powered by a Ford V10 engine with an automatic transmission on a Ford chassis. The interior is equipped with wooden floors, cloth sofa, booth dinette and an Onan Micro Quiet 4000 genset (2069 hrs). The kitchen consists of a 3-burner stove/oven, Samsung microwave, dual basin stainless sink and refrigerator/freezer. Down the hall is the bathroom that features a toilet, mirrored closet/storage, glass enclosure shower with skylight, and vanity sink. Master suite amenities include a queen size bed, an overhead mirrored dresser and a TV mounting surface. The exterior has some fading and discoloration. The engine starts/runs. This is located at our Jarrell, TX facility.

The passenger's side has a long dent behind the rear tire and a scrape that runs down the entire side. The hood has a gouge (photo), the carpet is heavily stained and the mattress will need replacement.
