Bank Repo RV. This is a 1998 Coachmen Catalina 301WB powered by a 460ci. Ford engine on a Ford chassis. Features include an Onan MicroQuiet 4000 generator (152 hrs), driver’s entry door, hitch receiver, dash mounted solar panel, AM/FM/Cassette stereo, leveling system and back-up monitor. In the living room are an over-head TV, booth dinette and overhead storage. The kitchen has a dual basin stainless sink with drinking water tap, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and 3-burner stove/oven. In between the master bedroom and kitchen is a bathroom featuring a glass enclosure shower, private toilet room and linen closet. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV mount, ceiling A/C, large wall mirror, and wardrobe. The engine starts and runs. This is located at our Cannon Falls, MN facility.

Rear bumper scuffed (see pic). Windshield needs replacement. Driver side bedroom window broken. Living room couch missing. We could not get the generator started. Battery may need replacement.
