The living room has a two recliners, sofa, booth dinette, large rear window, AM/FM/CD stereo, entertainment center with TV, VCR, and ceiling fan. In the kitchen are a dual basin sink with drinking water tap, microwave, 3-burner stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, and pantry. Upstairs is the restroom which includes a glass enclosure shower with skylight, shared vanity sink, and privacy room with toilet. Master suite amenities include a wardrobe dresser, mirrored wardrobe closet, ceiling mounted TV stand, queen size bed, and sliding privacy divider. This is located at our Detroit, MI facility.

The exterior is starting to fade and has the average scuffs and scratches. The interior carpet could use a good shampooing throughout. There are dime size burns throughout the interior and the unit could use a good cleaning. This could be a very nice unit.
