The living room and kitchen area feature two slide-outs, high ceilings, two recliners, large rear window, sofa, solid wood table with four chairs, entertainment stand with TV mount, AM/FM/CD stereo, 30/70 kitchen sink, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and 3-burner stove/oven. Upstairs is a restroom and bedroom area with a glass enclosure shower, vanity sink, privacy room with toilet, queen size bed, mirrored wardrobe and TV. This unit is in decent condition and has a very nice layout and color scheme. This is located at our Jarrell, TX facility.

The battery needs replacement and the carpet may need a shampooing.
