There’s a deep scrape with a hole on the passenger’s side compartment door and a section of the rear corner trim has been pulled out. The carpet could use a shampooing. This unit is mildly worn inside; some screw holes throughout the walls, inside could use a cleaning, and the shower is discolored. A roof vent is missing but is properly sealed off. There appears to be water damage to the ceiling of the bedroom and hallway area.
