The kitchen features a dual basin sink, microwave, stove/oven, cookvent and refrigerator freezer. The bathroom amenities include a vanity sink, toilet and shower enclosure. The master suite has a queen bed, mirrored cabinet doors and hardwood cabinetry. The left side is damaged, siding is torn, awning is torn exterior graphics are peeling off, paint is slightly faded, and carpet has wear from use.
