The kitchen has a 3-burner stove/oven, dual basin sink, refrigerator/freezer and a place to mount a microwave. In the bathroom are a vanity sink, toilet and shower stall. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, overhead cabinetry, TV stand and private entry door. The interior has average wear from use, the kitchen ceiling vent has a small rotted area just around the trim, and there is hail damage to the exterior. The roof A/C unit fins were crushed by a tree branch. This is located at our Cannon Falls, MN facility.
