Exterior: Roof is damaged (leaks). See pictures for more cosmetic damages.

Interior: Pet odor. Living room slide-out corners are damaged from pet (cat urine). Wall in bunkroom and floor in rear bedroom are water damaged.

Mechanical: Battery, propane tanks, and leveling jacks missing.
