Insurance loss. / Please see all pictures.
Exterior: Missing front cover and possibly additional parts.
Mechanical: While in process of being reconditioned/fixed, unit was submerged completely underwater from flood. (Oil has been drained). Hour meter and steering do not work. Does not start/no power to the unit (used a master key to test).
