Exterior: Scratches/scuffs with weathered paint in areas.
Interior: Stains/wear in the upholstery.
Mechanical: Does not start. Battery needs to be replaced. Various wires to all batteries and on engine block are corroded. Engine oil was full of water upon arrival (has been drained/replaced).
