1999 175hp Evinrude (FICHT) Motor.
Mechanical: Mid section has a hole in the fiberglass. Prop is damaged. Skag tip is broken off/damaged. Mounting bracket damaged/loose. Turns over by hand. Throttle cable appears broken and we were told the vertical shaft is bent. Untested.
