Exterior: Rear left awning above slide out torn. Rear left skirting dented/scratched. Exterior faded and decals peeling. Rear delaminated. Rear right scratched on top. Hole in entry door. Right arm for awning is loose. Soft areas of roof.

Interior: Damaged due to rodents. Strong rodent feces odor as well as mold/mildew odor throughout. Previous smokers. Carpet and ceiling stained. Furniture, master bedroom mattress and microwave missing. Rear right and left walls are soft/rotted. Wall around both left slide outs and master bedroom front wall are soft.
