Exterior: Tires leak air/have plugs in them. Missing deck pulley covers and discharge chute. Paint damage from use. See photos for details.

Mechanical: Does not start. Starter engages but engine will not turn over. Possible bad starter/engine locked up. Oil in engine. Battery needs to be replaced (unrelated to engine condition).
