Exterior: Front and above left slide-out delaminated. Dents on front left and right side. Entrance door and deadbolt damaged. Unit is faded all around. Right rear compartment door soft/water damaged. Outdoor kitchen faucet missing. Roof vent broken off. Possible hidden roof damage.

Interior: Previous smokers. Previous pets. Pet and cigarette odor. Water damage behind upper bedroom cabinets. Bedroom ceiling is soft. Entry floor is soft. Carpet and ceiling stained.
