Scratches/scuffs (see photos). Interior: Upholstery and carpet are weathered. Some rips in seat. Carpet is wrinkled in areas. Mechanical: Main outboard won't start will only turn over when jumped from starter directly (wiring issue). Kicker motor appears seized/will not crank over. Numerous electrical wiring has been cut.
