Exterior: Scuffs and scratches on front and sides.
Mechanical: No keys. Unable to start due to engine being disassembled. Piston, valve and cylinder bent/damaged. Wire loom not hooked up. Battery needs to be replaced. Unable to get miles/hours. Motor hydro locked.
