Exterior (Updated): Front right corner seam is ripped open and has been exposed to the elements. Delamination in front right. Flooring is bubbling in front storage compartment. Heavy delamination on right side between slide-outs. Left fender missing. Right skirting scraped/dented in and fender damaged. Rear entry door stairs are stuck closed. See photos.

Interior: Previous smokers/cigarette odor. Water damage above living room slide-out in ceiling/wall. Additional water damage in front right bedroom corner wall. Possible hidden water damage. Cabinet doors are broken above sofa. Smoke odor.
