Exterior: Left side of roof soft. Scrape/dent on both front and rear of right side. Entrance door damaged and won't close completely.

Interior: Front bedroom wall water damaged. Bedroom floor soft. Broken cabinet door in bathroom. Carpet and upholstery heavily stained/soiled. One kitchen booth cushion missing. See photos.
