Details: Tree branch went through roof.

Exterior: Hole in the roof (had been patched). Roof appears to have a prior patch in the rear. Roof vent cover over bathroom is broken.

Interior: Hole in ceiling. Blemishes in cabinet, trim, and flooring. Kitchen sink faucet is missing. See photos for details.
