Exterior: Delamination in front cap, front left corner, and rear. Front wall in lower storage compartment feels soft/rotten. Signs of additional water damage throughout front cap/wall. Roof of left slide-out feels soft. Entry door screen torn. Dents in lower right side and various scratches as pictured. A/C cover missing and roof vent cover damaged.

Interior: Mold/mildew odor. Upholstery torn/worn. Missing furniture, bedroom cabinets, and some kitchen cabinet doors. Bedroom walls have been painted and drawn on with crayons. See photos for additional damages.
