Exterior: Roof leak and soft area in front around rip in membrane and front seam. Front right corner trim is loose. Holes through right side as shown. Vapor barrier is torn and skirting bent on right side from tire blowout. Areas of fading and a few dents.

Interior: Possible water damage in the far front above master bed and water stains around ceiling trim. Holes through cabinets and one in the ceiling. Various blemishes in woodwork and cabinets. Countertop is damaged and faucet is loose. See photos for details.
