Details: A tree branch ripped the slide-out roof allowing water to enter.

Exterior: Slide-out roof had a small hole in it which was patched but the edge of the roof appears to have small tears. Hail dings throughout. Lower skirting behind passenger wheels is dented. Roof membrane is peeling in some areas.

Interior: Water damage in slide-out and around slide-out. Front wall in the bedroom also feels soft/water damaged. Light musty odor. Light wear for age.
