Exterior: Windshield weather stripping is loose/hanging. The refrigerator had started on fire but appears it may have been contained inside the refrigerator itself. The roof vent and rear vent cover had melted. See photos.

Interior: Dining table is missing. Driver seat is a little worn. The wall is soft under drivers window.

Mechanical: Runs and drives well. Generator doesn't turn over or start and flashes code 14.
