Insurance Loss
Details: Tree limb punched hole in roof causing water leakage.

Exterior: Aged roof caulking as well as tree limb hole in roof caused water leakage throughout roof/ceiling. Delamination in front, left side, and rear. Water damage in front and rear storage compartments. Bottom step missing for entry staircase. Entry door handle lock cylinder is missing.

Interior: Entry way and kitchen floors soft. Mold/mildew odor. Rear wall soft/rotten. Carpet stained. Right wall/ceiling above kitchen soft. Possible hidden water damage. Kitchen has been repainted and the flooring replaced.
