Exterior: Water damage in front of roof, front walls, and lower storage compartment beneath. There's additional water damage in the left rear wall and roof. Front right corner seem is separated. Multiple areas of delamination in exterior as pictured.

Interior: Water damage in master bedroom walls/ceiling and left wall in bunkroom. Possible hidden water damage.
