Exterior: Front right corner is delaminated. Awning is missing. The left center slide-out floor is sagging and possibly water damaged. A section of exterior paneling is pulled out from the seams/trim (see photo).

Interior: Floor is soft in the entryway. Window valance above dining table is loose and the shade has been removed. Rear entertainment room has a mildew smell but no noticeable water damage. Bathroom door laminate wood is peeling. Blemishes in doors/trim/woodwork as pictured.
