Exterior: Sun fading/weathered front. Scratches and dings as pictured. Scrape/dent on left side where fender flare had broken (was removed). Rear stabilizer legs are removed and in storage compartment. One mismatched wheel. Dents in front left upper and lower corners. Exterior of slide-out walls are soft in areas and need repair; mainly the rear sides. Hole in exterior of rear slide wall as pictured.

Interior: Blemishes in trim/woodwork. Soft spot in front left corner wall in bedroom/lower storage compartment. Light musty odor. Otherwise interior appears clean for its age.
