Exterior: Fading in paint and decals. Scratches in lower passengers side of rear. Chipped paint in front. Screw sized hole in roof as pictured. A piece of plywood has been installed under the rear A/C unit for an unknown reason. Satellite and rear A/C covers are cracked.

Interior: Hole in screen door. Areas of wear in cab seats and furniture upholstery. Blemishes in cabinet and trim woodwork. Bathroom countertop is peeling up. Peeling wall paper and water damage in rear bedroom wall and bedroom slide. Possible roof leaks in the bedroom and above the drivers area.

Mechanical: Engine and coach batteries need replacement. Generator turns over but will not start.
