Exterior: Dent in right rear corner and a few dents in front. Rear awning mount is pulled from the siding. Latch for water heater cover is broken (cover is taped closed). Missing right fender. Hard water stains under water inlet. Excessive caulking throughout roof as well as a tear in the membrane. Rust underneath. Possible leak in black water tank. Slide-out seal is loose and tearing.

Interior: Possible water damage in the slide-out ceiling. Linoleum floor is peeled in a few areas. Walls and cabinets have been painted (poorly in some areas). Scuffs under shower. Missing A/C floor vent. See photos for additional details.
